I most definitely have to acknowledge this company because this was my first time purchasing a Beachbody Products from this company and I just have to say one thing, "THEY ARE THE BOMB." To whom it may concern, The product I was interested in was available elsewhere, but only through resellers that had questionable business practices (not confirmed; word of mouth only), and who also used an internally managed payment system. This left me with limited options for recourse if something did go awry. After engaging this merchant, I received excellent service and quick responses to my emails within hours (asking a few questions about payment and shipping). This high level of service in conjunction with the brand of the Yahoo! store behind them made purchasing from them a no-brainer.
