The P90X2 Workout comes with some newer equipment such as the foam rollers, stability balls, medicine balls and the door attachment kit.
If you already have the original P90X workout then you will most likely have most of the equipment needed to be successful. The new equipment listed below is for the NEW P90X2 Workout
Having a chin up bar, resistance bands or dumbbells and a foam roller, medicine ball and a workout mat is all you will need.
The Bands Door Attachment Kit is a useful piece of equipment made for those who travel. The Chin Up Max is also another useful piece of equipment that will help you get the most out of chin ups, besides just starting off you will most likely hate pull ups or cannot do enough to see results. The Chin Up Max was created to help you get the most out of the workout.
I found doing the pull ups on my own, the hardest. I would tend to do a few and just give up, but having the Chin Up Max, I can do more and feel like I am getting more results than before. The goal is to do as many as possible, otherwise you will see very little results. Even though this is a great 'at-home' workout, you still need to push yourself as hard as possible if you want to see the results you so desire.
