While most exercise programs stress repetition, the P90X, focuses on mixing up the exercise routine, keeping your body guessing, or "muscle confusion". In addition to working the major muscle groups, with traditional weight lifting, pull-ups and cardio, we incorporate many other styles, such as kempo, yoga, and plyometrics (jump training). Another area of focus is Core Synergistics, which works on several muscle groups combined with conditioning. Stretching is also an important part of the program as it increases flexibility.
Want to eat healthier? We make it easier. The program has a three-phase system. Phase one stresses high-protein, so the body has the nutrients it needs to build muscle mass while simultaneously burning fat. When moving onto phase two, the plan recommends a balance of proteins and carbs, while continuing to reduce fat intake. Finally, phase three introduces an increase in carbs, lean meats and low fat. This provides long-term energy needed to make that final push to the end of the ninety days. Providing the body with the best possible fuel will help produce the extreme results.
As with any exercise program, it is a good idea to consult your physician before starting. However, P90X provides The Fit Test, a self-evaluation to see if you’re ready to go Extreme. If not, we have other program, such as

P90X is easy to follow and fun. By taking it one step a time and working consistently, the results will follow. It can be adjusted to fit your needs, such as changing the weights lighter or heavier based on the results you want (toning versus bulking up).
