You can also attach the band to a door and do tricep pushdowns and lat pull downs. To work on your leg muscles you can do squats, the criss-cross outer thigh, and the butt blaster. The variation really is limitless.

When choosing your fitness moves, you also want to consider which band to use. The light resistance bands are best for working smaller muscles groups like the arms. You will need to use the heavier resistance bands when working on the leg muscles.

Another very appealing advantage to resistance bands is that they are less expensive than traditional weights and exercise machines.
