Best Way To Lose Weight

If you are hoping to find some magical pill or find the easiest way possible to lose weight, this probably is not the article for you, but if you are looking for the “best” way to lose weight, than go ahead and stick around for awhile and read the rest of this article. As you probably already know, I do not like weight loss pills, I just do not think pills are the best way to go for your body in the long run, many people gain the weight back because they were lazy when taking the pills and they are still lazy after taking the pills, they never get a healthy routine. I just do not like giving people false hopes. There are three main important things you should do if you want to lose weight.

First, establish a healthy balanced diet, which means stay away from fast food and any thing with lots of sugar, trans fat and saturated fat. I am not against having a treat once in awhile, but it is very important you keep those treats in small portions, along with your meals. Do not over stuff yourself, when you are comfortably full, have the discipline to stop yourself and save it for later. In your diet you should incorporate vegetables, fruits, proteins, and water, if you do not like drinking water that much, I suggest flavored vitamin water or get a juicer, and make yourself some fruit and vegetable drinks. Remember you can workout, as much as you want, but it does not mean your healthy if you are not eating right. Second, muscles building or toning, the best way to lose fat is to gain muscles. Now this does not mean you need to become the next Arnold Schwarzenegger, simple workouts like push ups, sit ups, pull ups, are all great workouts. If you have a home gym or a membership at a local gym than you have a few more options on ways you can tone your muscles. Thirdly, are cardiovascular workouts, it is very important to make your heart healthy, adding cardio to your routine is not only good for your heart, but it will help you lose fat quicker. If you need to start of walking a few miles a day, than that is fine. But make sure as you start getting more fit, to increase your workouts, or switch up your workouts. This will help you avoid the weight loss plateau. Basically what that means, your body will adjust to your workouts, your muscles create memory and get used to your routines, the great results you were seeing when you begun your routines will diminish, and you will go through a frustration period, where you hardly see any results. So when this happens it is very important not to give up, but to switch it up. Start doing exercises you have never done, start doing different weight lift machines. If the weight loss plateau concerns you, try using a home workout DVD that is designed to get break through the plateau, like PX90. Just make sure that you still incorporate cardio exercises.
